The Eternal 10

So, here is, simply, how this works. I begin a story using ten words. If you post next, you have to add ten more words. The story might continue indefinitely or it might end. If you choose to end it, write "End" then begin the next tale. Enjoy, and I'll begin:

While floating through the woods one day, Hashim stumbled upon

a floating tree, wondering If it fell would anyone hear?

"Yes," said the tree, "the narwals are ever watchful. They

don't really have eyes, but they can still see you!"

"And hear if you fall?" asked Hashim, glancing suspiciously and

wondering why he was talking to a tree at all.

"Because trees are cool," said the tree. Hashim jumped, swooned,

and forgot he was floating, causing him to fall. CRASH!

"I was floating?"
"That's what you get for careless floating..."

And along came the Good Fairy, and she said, "Little

Nemo, have you been adventuring in Slumberland AGAIN?"

"Woah, fairy,

my name's Hashim, not Nemo, and what is this Slumberland?"

"Ugh, humans," sighed the fairy. "You should know floating means

you have had far too much Fizzy Lifting Drink to

distinguish real floating from dream floating. Oy. Humans are such

pineapples, always dreaming they are floating and talking to trees!"
